- Beware the kidneys energy , cover and keep warm lumbar area .It is useful to wear a wrap-around cloth (a wide sash )

around the waist , lumbar and sacral areas.


- For males ; drastically reduce ejaculation rate (or better , no ejaculations at all) meanwhile keeping regular sexual activities.


- Fear is the main emotional toxic for kidneys ,added to coldness increases it's toxicity.find secureness and confidence in life.


- Drink and eat only hot-warm liquids or food, Avoid taking in anything below one's own body's temperature.


- Add "fire" to food ; Use ginger , hot paprika , black pepper or any other spice of your choice .Don't overdose, otherwise

the liver can be overloaded. Chewing fresh ginger root can be a great option too.


- Regulate correctly the amount of salt needed , reduction is normally well-advised for winter.


- use controlled and regular exposition of the skin to cold , with cold water or air, in order to trigger the warming up

physiological reaction .Adjust time and intensity to your own particular sensitiveness. training our body to

produce it's own heat is the goal.


- Let natural sun light stream into your eyes an retina ,

sun gazing technique at dawn an sun-set is highly recommended.

Pineal gland , melatonin and the natural subsequent hormonal waterfall depends on sun light.(but , please be sure that the instructions

to this technique are correctly understood before attempting it )


- don't work until late on evenings , reserve some time for you and your own personal inner practice and let your body and mind

slow down and release before getting into bed.

- have a relation with fire ; Use candle lights or start a fire if you have the option. Practice fire rituals if you know how.

- turn off any intense electric light after sunset.


- Find a forest , walk in it , feel it and reconnect with earth and it's energies.smell the humus and soil ,be one with the resting nature.

- Before every regular Meditation dedicate 5 minutes to contemplation in impermanence ( outer and inner ) ,

transitionally and the interdependence of all phenomena.


. And of course keep on whatever practice involved in ,preserve any wows taken , practice the paramitas and for those in the tantric

path hold on strongly in the Samaya .
